At the MDS Mentoring Program, we actively collaborate and partner with various schools and charities to further our mission. These partnerships allow us to expand our reach and provide meaningful opportunities to the mentees.

The Akua Kuenyehia Foundation (AKF) is a Ghana-based not-for-profit organization founded in honor of H.E Judge Akua Kuenyehia. It is committed to the development of young women.
MDS started the first cycle with AKF in 2019, and we have provided mentorship to 28 young women to date.
Make A Difference Now (MADNow) is a nonprofit organization that aims to change the lives of youth and women in Tanzania through access to quality education and job training.
MADNow is a new partner, and we are excited to have started a 3-month pilot with 4 mentees, ahead of our implementation in September.
St Joseph's Convent Secondary School (SJC) is a leading institution for young girls in St Lucia.
MDS has launched Empowerment Mentoring Workshops for young women 15-17 years old. We began with SJC in May with 24 mentees participating. These workshops aim to boost their confidence and self-worth.
DeCarteret College is recognized as one of the leading schools in the Jamaican educational system.
