The short answer is being an advisor, teacher. trainer to a younger person and sharing your life knowledge and professional experience to help them navigate education, vocation and life confidently

Who can become a MDS Mentor?

Confident professional women who share the passion for the empowerment of the next generation of black female leaders.

Do I need training to become a MDS mentor?

No previous training experience needed as we guide and support our mentors throughout the programme
