A notable 92.3% of mentees acknowledged the instrumental role of the program's line-ups in maximizing their opportunities. In terms of overall satisfaction, 53.8% of mentees rated the program a perfect 5, with 38.5% giving it a 4, and 7.7% providing a rating of 3.
The analysis included both formal and informal communication methods, with significant participation from mentees. Notably, 92% of mentees utilized WhatsApp, 76.9% relied on email, and 69.2% engaged through Zoom.
Impressively, 92.3% of mentees felt there was sufficient support from their mentors. 7.7% felt the support they received from their mentors was not enough.
All 13 mentees expressed satisfaction, deeming their pairing with mentors as a good match. Mentees believed the pairing was a good match, citing factors like shared career interests, compatible communication styles, and specific instances of valuable advice received.
A noteworthy 84.6% of mentees successfully achieved the goals they had set at the program's outset. Mentees cited instances of effective communication, tailored guidance, and a strong mentor-mentee relationship as key factors that facilitated goal achievement.
