Our Work Involves:

 MDS Mentoring Program is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering Black Women and fostering Social Mobility. Our organisation brings together Black Professional Women from various industries who volunteer as mentors for Black Young Women globally.


We envision a world where Black Women are empowered to thrive as leaders and innovators.  Guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goal 5 principle—“Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls”— we aim to dismantle systemic barriers, promote gender parity, and foster economic and social mobility opportunities. Through mentorship, skill development, and empowerment workshops, we champion equality, ensuring that every mentee has the tools to achieve their fullest potential and contribute to creating inclusive communities worldwide.

By becoming one of our regular donors of £10.00 per month will make a huge difference, not only to our ability to continue to deliver and to scale, but also a demonstration to grants and foundations that we are underpinned by a supportive community.  

 

The monthly support helps MDS to : 

  • Provide essential internet access for all mentees. 
  • Support salaries for alumni mentees now working with the MDS team . 
  • Cover subscription costs to keep our online mentoring running smoothly.
