"Being a mentor with MDS has been such an enriching experience, with the supportive community of mentors, valuable insights gained and the ability to share my own experiences. Witnessing my mentee grow in confidence, achieve her goals and develop new skills has been so rewarding. This has also been a learning experience for me, as my mentee provided me with new perspectives and enhance my own coaching skills, through the authentic relationship fostered between us."
