MDS is dedicated to promoting growth and development in young individuals at every stage of their journey. To support young women aged 14 to 17 who are not eligible for one-on-one mentoring, MDS launched empowerment workshops (online) designed to meet their unique needs.
These workshops provide a safe, nurturing environment where participants gain essential life skills, build confidence, and develop the tools necessary for personal and professional growth. Through a diverse range of interactive sessions, young women are empowered to explore topics such as self-esteem, resilience, and goal-setting. Additionally, participants engage in group discussions and hands-on activities that encourage collaboration and peer support.
The program runs with the partner school's academic calendar.
St Joseph's Convent Secondary School (SJC) is a leading institution for young girls in St Lucia.

DeCarteret College is recognized as one of the leading schools in the Jamaican educational system.
