Audrey is the Founder and CEO of the MDS Mentoring Program and previously served as the Director of Strategic Analysis at a Swiss investment bank. With over 25 years of experience in banking and technology, she has held various roles focused on strategy development.
Audrey earned a BSc in Computing and Information Technology in 2015 and was honored with the 2019 WeAreTechWomen100 award for her contributions to promoting the inclusion of women in technology. In 2021, she received recognition from Women in Banking and Finance for her commitment to addressing the obstacles that hinder women's participation in the tech industry.
As a prominent figure in the banking and technology sectors, Audrey is dedicated to sharing her experiences—both successes and challenges—with black female university graduates from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds around the world. In 2019, she founded the MDS (Mothers, Daughters, Sisters) Mentoring Program, which collaborates with NGOs in Africa and the Caribbean. This initiative aims to support young women through mentorship, empowering them to become future leaders and entrepreneurs.
Audrey holds a CMA-accredited diploma in Mentoring and Coaching and completed a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics, UK, in 2022. She has also served for 12 years on the Board of Trustees for an international youth violence prevention charity and is actively expanding her network to further develop MDS for the benefit of black women and girls.
In addition to her professional achievements, Audrey is a Christian, a mother, a fitness enthusiast, and a novice gardener.
