The Founder and CEO of MDS Mentoring Program and formally a Director of Strategic Analysis at a Swiss investment bank. Audrey has over 25 years’ experience in banking and technology, holding a variety of roles involving strategy definition.
She is the holder of a BSc in Computing and Information Technology, 2015 and is the proud winner of 2019 WeAreTechWomen100 award which recognised her contribution to improving the inclusion of women in technology and her individual technology contributions. In 2021, Audrey was also recognised by Women In Banking and Finance for her commitment to addressing issues which underpinned the lack of women in the tech industry.
As an influential player in the banking and tech world, Audrey is passionate about sharing her journey, successes and challenges and those of other black professional women with black female university graduates from socio-economically deprived backgrounds globally.
In 2019, Audrey founded her mentoring program, MDS (Mothers, Daughters, Sisters), which partners with NGOs in Africa and continues to develop this and build partnership networks in the Caribbean to support young women through mentorship, empowering them to be future leaders and entrepreneurs. Audrey holds a CMA accredited diploma in Mentoring and Coaching and has successfully completed a certificate in social entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics, UK in 2022.
Audrey has also contributed 12 years on the Board of Trustees for an international youth violence prevention charity and is building on her network for the growth of MDS, for the future of black women and girls. Audrey is a Christian, a mother, a keep fit enthusiast and a novice gardener!
