Our M&E Framework

At the core of our M&E efforts is a robust framework designed to capture key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with our mission. We employ a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods, leveraging surveys, interviews, and mentee feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the program haad an impact.
