MDS Mentoring as a Service (MaaS)

MDS begins each cycle with a needs assessment, followed by detailed planning of the mentoring program. We design and deliver both mentor and mentee training, match mentors and mentees thoughtfully, and set up all meeting schedules to ensure a smooth, well‑prepared start to the mentoring journey.

MDS coordinates monthly mentor meetings and empowerment workshops, collects session journals, follows up on missed sessions, manages monitoring and evaluation tools, analyzes the data, and provides reports at three key stages of the mentoring cycle.
