MDS Mentoring as a Service (MaaS)
MaaS is built for organisations that want to integrate mentoring into their employee development, member support, or volunteer engagement. It delivers a scalable, structured mentoring program that equips women with confidence, career awareness, leadership capacity, and essential life skills.
Service Components
Program Setup
MDS begins each cycle with a needs assessment, followed by detailed planning of the mentoring program. We design and deliver both mentor and mentee training, match mentors and mentees thoughtfully, and set up all meeting schedules to ensure a smooth, well‑prepared start to the mentoring journey.
Ongoing Monitoring & Support
MDS coordinates monthly mentor meetings and empowerment workshops, collects session journals, follows up on missed sessions, manages monitoring and evaluation tools, analyzes the data, and provides reports at three key stages of the mentoring cycle.
Outcome Evaluation
MDS conducts surveys and interviews to assess each mentee’s experience, followed by a comprehensive end‑of‑cycle evaluation outlining key results and outcomes. We provide recommendations for future cycles and conclude the program with certifications.

Beyond Success Roundtable
Beyond Success is a free, small group leadership and personal growth course built on the teachings of Dr. John C. Maxwell.
Through interactive sessions, shared experiences and practical learning, participants will be encouraged to build confidence, strengthen their capabilities and take meaningful steps towards achieving their goals.
